Brieser Construction Brieser Construction Channahon, IL Channahon, IL Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $22 - $25 an hour $22 - $25 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Liaison with 3rd party cleaning vendor and IT company Proactively address and resolve low level IT issues for onsite staff including but limited to printer, scanning, and computer issues Organize and keep office spaces tidy, including office kitchens Answer phones, take messages, and distribute messages Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner Order and stock office supplies including business cards and booklets Send out and retrieve mail daily Sort and distribute mail to office personnel Send and receive packages, distributing when necessary Coordinate with shop staff for larger deliveries when necessary Collect shred bins and confidentially dispose of papers Maintain paperwork for field staff Track and maintain office and IT inventory Coordinate hardware and supply disbursement with misc sites and field staff Ensure the accuracy and proper processing of all records and files assigned to this function and the safekeeping, filing, and easy retrieval of all company records and legal documents Misc.
