We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to individuals with autism.
Your expertise and knowledge will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals' behavioral needs - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results - Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies - Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed - Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality
Experience:
- Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques - Familiarity with special education laws and regulations - Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans - Proficient in conducting student assessments and analyzing data - Skilled in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents with diverse needs We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as:
